2. Account Registration
You may hold one account at Seven Casino. Multiple accounts result in voided winnings and account closure. The name on your account must match the name on your payment methods and ID documents — we verify identity before processing any withdrawal.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
Minimum deposit €20. We don't charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. First withdrawal triggers KYC verification (passport or ID + proof of address). After verification, withdrawals process in line with the speeds quoted on the Login page. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if a transaction triggers our anti-money-laundering protocols.

5. Game Fairness

6. Account Closure
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We refund any real money balance to your verified payment method within 7 days. Bonus funds and unused free spins are forfeited on closure. If we close your account for breach of these terms, real money balances are still refunded; bonus winnings may be voided depending on the breach.
7. Dispute Resolution
